LAGU RAYA DARI AKU UNTUK KORANG

Semalam Lynn suruh aku wish hari raya kat korang guna lagu. Aku pun ikut la cakap dia dan dalam dua jam, tersiap la lagu raya kat bawah ni. Tapi korang jangan la pulak expect yang tinggi-tinggi sangat, dua jam punye lagu takkan la dapat fight YUNA. At least yang penting, lain la sikit daripada aku hantar je kad raya kat korang. TAPI, kalo korang nak dengar lagu yg much better yg aku buat, korang gi la check another entry aku untuk bulan ni , titled: SONGS FOR UTM.

SO untuk semua:
i) SAMETOK dan family di MIRI
ii) budak Talang, Padang Rengas dan Kuale
iii) budak2 STAR, IPOH
iv) ex-UTM civil engineers
v) those who got to know me when I was in London and UK (i.e. Mawar, MSD, MARA House, Imperial College, NMC, Nottingham U, Loughborough , Sheffield, Manchester)
vi) my ex-undergrad, undergrad and post-grad students
vii) my UTMs colleague
viii) last but not least, to all readers and visitors to this blog

SONGS FOR UTM

It has been quite some time since my last entry and the reason for it, is none other than busyness. To add another PhD student and two more Masters by next month on top of the existing three and nine, respectively, would only mean that I need to work harder, something like 38 hours a day (indeed I lost count somewhere between 31 and 32 hours) and nothing less than that. Luckily, I’m rather good at quantum physics thus somehow able to warp a little piece of the fabric of space-time to my advantageous (and if you must, I did have a peep at the future but telling you about it, not even in your dream!!!). So, for an observer like you, it still looks like I’m living in a 24 hours-a-day type of world although as I have explained, it is simply no longer the case.

But my wife, for all she cares, I must provide her with some materials to be uploaded into my blog, “You don’t want to disappoint all the visitors, the readers, your students and your friends, do you? “, she said. “Of course not, Love”, I said. “Then you should start busy thinking or writing or doing whatever or else, you might need to start looking for a new blog manager”, she continued.

Therefore, so as to revive this blog from its long hibernation (with a parallel intention of not consuming me too much), I have this great idea of uploading two of my latest songs; CERIA DI UTM and SELAMAT TINGGAL UTM for you guys to listen to. On the reason why I ever writen these songs, I really could not tell, not for the time being, at least.

So, I dedicate these songs to all of you guys, STUDENTS and ex-STUDENTS of UTM and those related to UTM, either directly or indirectly. ENJOY!!!

“…the blog could use a break from the heavy philosophical contents, don’t you think so, Love?” I then asked my wife.
